Cupcakes area luxury item. Do I need a $3.50 frosted afternoon pick me up? No. Does a mere $3.50 radically possess the ability to turn my day around? Absolutely. Plenty of places in DC offer ""cupcakes"" but they are mere immitations of what the good lord intended these little baked delicacies to be. Vanilla, strawberry, chocolate all are fantastic. Even if you have your allegances declared to another institution give this joint a try and tell em if im wrong.
