I used to go to pep boys all the time and the service was great. I don't know what has happened but it's not good! I spent over $800 for some maintanence, 4tires, tune-up, oil change, rear brakes and drums. They were not able to get everything done in one day which was a little upseting but I knew that I was having a lot done so I was ok with this. I was upset however because I got a call from pep boys in the middle of the afternoon and as soon as I answered the phone the person hung up. When I called back I was told they thought they didn't have the tires I wanted when I was there that day at 9am but they did have them after all. I was a litttle confused by this. They also told me they were just getting ready to start my van, this was around 2:30pm and I dropped it off at 9am!\r
I never did get a call from them stating my van was done and I did tell them that if they were not able to get everything done that was ok I would come back for the other services another time. Well arou
