I began my healthier body plan, June 08. I was not too concerned with the numbers on the scale, I wanted a healthier body.\r
Since working with Nyrene, I am seeing amazing changes to my body. She pushes me out of my comfort zone. In the beginning I would say"" I can't do that!"" and "" You want me to do what?"". I promised myself Jan. 09 to never say those words again and cheat myself out of a good workout. Thank you Ny, I thank you and my body loves you.
