A great addition to the Wicker Park neighborhood. Same owners as Chaise Lounge but a whole new look, vibe and menu. Keep the calorie counter at home. It is worth it!
Chef Cary Taylor personally delivered our second dish, a to-die-for Mac & Cheese, and asked our opinion on our half devoured Poutine. All we could say was OMG! Fries, cheese and gravy - CRAZY good! Our third dish, Johnny Cakes with pulled pork, equally delish. A small selection of signature cocktails, unique beers and laid back, friendly servers made this a completely positive experience. Could hang here all night as it has a comfy lodge like atmosphere and a good crowd. And ladies, certainly a few hottie employees to keep the girls a chattin.
I hope this place lasts. It is just what we need in this hood!
