Mr. Curtis is rude. I found him very nice until I had a problem with my case. I complained to the Irvine office and Mr. Curtis called me 4 days later and proceeded to yell at me. I paid way too much money for his services and received horrible customer service. I also found them very disorganized. Thankfully my case went fine but my hearing was in December and I still do not have discharge papers. I could have paid less, a lot less, and received better care.
