UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS, NO RESPONSE FROM OWNERSHIP 3/6/2010

I've taken my 2006 Civic to College serveral times for service. I was ready to purchase a 2010 Accord this morning when I dropped off my Civic for an oil change. After a few hours, I recieved a call that I needed front brakes, tires balanced, a tune up and 4 wheel alignment. I agreed to the tune up and alignment and was told that the cost for the 100,000 mile tune up including the oil change would be $525. Not knowing all the costs of repairs, I agreed to the charge for the oil change and tune up. When I picked up the car and paid the bill, I realized that I was charged for an air filter, pollen filter and break cleaning and adjusting, none of which I was told about or agreed too. I complained and received a call from the service manager or offered me discounts on future service work. This is unacceptable and I asked or the owner to contact me, they asked the sales man who I was going to purchase the new car from to call me and try to fix the problem.
