This pharmacy staff told to my doctor's office that they would stock a few dosages of a hard to fill prescription. When I tried to pick it up, however, they told me they needed 24 hours to fill it. After confirming with my doctor's office I still needed the medication, my doctor's office called the pharmacy to confirm that the medication should be ordered. I called the next morning and confirmed that the prescription was in. When i tried to pick it up, I was told it hadn't been ordered becuase the staff was ""unsure if I still wanted it"" and couldn't remeber my doctor calling the night before to insist I did want it ordered. The supervisor actually told me that she ""couldn't just believe me and the doctor's office"" but would instead support her staff's version of events. Due to their incompetence, my medication was interrupted and the desired effect was lost becuase of the delay, costing me personally $660 and 2 weeks of wasted medication. Then, to add insult to injury, after I finished speaking with the supervisor, the pharmacy called my doctor and told them I would have to provide a credit card guarantee before they would order prescriptions for me in the future, even though I have a perfect payment history with them. I will NEVER use this store for so much as a bandaide in the future.
