I started seeing Gail a number of years ago for a variety of issues, including assistance with blood pressure and medication reduction, managing stress, and weight management to name a few. Gail's focus and ability to hit the target are amazing, while doing so in a very nurturing, entertaining, and comforting way. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone who will listen!
I have had the great pleasure of working with Melanie through the Sedona Method. Even though it has been a couple of years since I was a group participant, I stilll practice release methods with Melanie's voice in my head coaching me through.
