After a bad divorce and being scammed by another loan mod company, this attorney is unprofessional and not qualified. My chapter 13 plan was never confirmed because each time a creditors meeting was scheduled, the paperwork was incorrect or the trustee was missing information. Laura Windsor spent more time gabbing her mouth and speaking badly about the firm she worked for and co-workers than concentrating on clients paperwork.(side note, she was fired from the firm) She never scheduled for my 2nd to be written off and Mr. Kutis informed me five months later they do not do loan modifications even though my contract stated this. He is a pussy for an attorney and has no backbone or experience. He has only been praticing bankruptcy law for a year or so. DO NOT WASTE $3400 OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THESE FOOLS!!!
