I read the negative reviews and am amazed because I have never felt so well represented by any attorney as I was by Learner and Rowe. I have had one other accident where a discount firm represented me and all they wanted to do was settle ASAP and kept me in the dark. Glen called me several times and his staff kept me informed on a regular basis. They ended up getting me in pocket about four times what I expected based on talking to other firms. I am one of their biggest fans now and the 5% more that they charge over the discount firms is well worth the $. more

I was rear ended when a homeless person stepped out in the street in front of me and I had to stop short. There person who hit me told me he was a police officer when he wasn't and then tried to get me to let his ""friend"" fix my car so I wouldn't call the insurance company. When I did contact the insurance company they told me that he said it was my fault and that I stopped for no reason and he did not see a pedestrian. Furthermore, he told them I was on my cell phone and not paying attention. That is when I finally called Glen Lerner's office. It was really nice and the lawyer who helped me knew exactly what to do. I wasn't sure the insurance was going to pay anything since this guy blamed everything on me. It took a while, but they eventually paid up to fix my car and for my doctor bills. I was thankful especially since the other driver was trying to intimidate me that someone else was defending me that he was afraid of. more

I spoke with Benjamin R. Lund and he never worked for his money. I had to constantly call him to see what was going on with the offer. He was VERY disrespectful to me so, I gave it right back to him. He lies. He didn't what was going on most of the time and that's his job to know. I got hit from behind and went to Neck & Back clininc for 6 months. The final offer for me to take home was 2,000.00 What a waste of my time, and money. I spent more than 3,000.00 in gas expenses going to the neck & back clininc. NEVER AGAIN more

Glen Lerner & Associates are horrible people! My husband got into an accident and sued the lady who hit him from behind. He went through whiplash and lost an inch in his height, they referred him to a physical therapist. My husband went thru treatment.... in the end they didnt even take his case!! And now hes stuck with paying med. bills! If they cant make money off of you, they wont take your case! DONT GO TO THEM. theyre douchebags. -.- more

The customer service is second to none. My settlement took a bit longer than I had anticipated, but I was kept informed every step of the way. If the insurance company is giving you the run around I recommend contacting this law firm immediately! more

I fell at one of the las vegas casinos. I contacted Glen Lerner's office and they set up a free consultation the day I called. I actually met Glen and he is one of the funniest people I have ever met. Everyone was super helpful and started working on my case immediately. I was surprised at how fast everything was taken care of and the fact that it is free for them to file your lawsuit. I was skeptical about hiring an attorney at first, but i felt like i was left with no option, I tore some tendons and the hotel did nothing to help. I highly recommend Glen Lerner's office more

Nice office, Friendly staff. My case wasn't handled by Glen Lerner, but I had a very good attorney and case manager. The process took longer than I expected, but i was very pleased with the end result. This isn't the first attorney i have used, definitely better than the last one. Highly recommend! more

They started working on it immediately and helped me out every step of the way! it was worth the wait for that nice big settlement check! not bad considering my last attorney told me i didn't have a case. DO NOT USE GLEN LERNER FOR ANYTHING! MY ATTORNEY AND PARALEGAL FOR MY CHAPTER 13 WAS KURTIS MILLINGTON AND LAURA WINDSOR. THEY PROMISED AND THE CONTRACT STATED A LOAN MODIFICATION AND FOR MY 2ND MORTGAGE TO BE WRITTEN OFF. \r After a bad divorce and being scammed by another loan mod company, this attorney is unprofessional and not qualified. My chapter 13 plan was never confirmed because each time a creditors meeting was scheduled, the paperwork was incorrect or the trustee was missing information. Laura Windsor spent more time gabbing her mouth and speaking badly about the firm she worked for and co-workers than concentrating on clients paperwork.(side note, she was fired from the firm) She never scheduled for my 2nd to be written off and Mr. Kutis informed me five months later they do not do loan modifications even though my contract stated this. He is a pussy for an attorney and has no backbone or experience. He has only been praticing bankruptcy law for a year or so. DO NOT WASTE $3400 OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THESE FOOLS!!! I was involved in a auto accident 11/08 - a person ran into me. Went to Glen Lerner - they want 33% of the settlement + $285.00. The case manager assigned to me rhonda g was totally ineffective. I could not get her to answer my questions via phone or email even after multiple contacts. When she did answer if was vague. I provided the case manager with all my medical reports to minimize my out of pocket expenses. The attorney I was assigned would not answer phone calls or email either. I was finally told that he was no longer with the firm. I was assigned another attorney and got the same results. After 1 year I was told they could not help me with my case because there was a 2 month wait between the accident and my start of physical theraphy. I am in a HMO and it took me 6 weeks to get a physical theraphy appointment. All the advise I received from Glen Lerner ASSoc. was wrong. I highly regret going there and have reported them to the Nevada Bar. Cons: Poor/no service of my claim. more

my father was involve in a car-pedestrain accident. he was the pedestrain. his lawyer glenn lerner, says they have to settle $25000 (which he gets a third) and medical gets the rest. yet he would be stuck with the ramianing $34000 balance of medical bills. is that the how the law works? glenn lerner refuses to sue, so what can my dad do? months of pain and suffering, 34000 medical bills, just for walking down the side of the road. what a joke for a lawyer.
