If you see the Rathbun realty add on TV, it says it all. After all, who else would pay for air time and feature an ugly dog with a wretched bark as part of an opening ad? They think it's cute, however it comes across as grossly unprofessional. Because of their poor taste in advertising, I would never consider allowing them to manage my rental property.
