This shelter was filthy and the staff are beyond rude. We looked at several dogs and the staff just let us take the dog outside without asking for any ID or without signing in, as if they wanted people to just take the dog, not caring what kind of home the dog would go to. This practice is completely in conflict with what their application requires. Very very disappointed. Staff needs customer service training ASAP. In addition, clean up your mess where visitors can spend time with the animal in a decent environment. Will not ever be back and we do not recommend this place at all.
