I ordered a BBQ dip burger but received no dip. I didn't know it until I got home so I thought I'd call & ask about it. I called several times during business hours but received no answer. Also I paid with a large bill but they were not paying attention enough to notice that they failed to return all my change. The burger did taste good & the shake was very frosty, thick & rich. I enjoyed the food even without the dip but the workers need to pay a little more attention to detail especially since they can be easily replaced by someone who would be very happy to have a job.
Pros: Shakes are really thick & cold
