I have to agree with the commenter below me, Rosie is exceptional at what she does. She's been doing my hair for the past year and hopefully will continue doing it for years to come. I'm always struck with ideas for my hair that, to me, seem great -- however, it's seemed like I'd never be able to find a hairstylist who could actually pull off my "visions". Then Rosie started doing my hair.
