I have to admit, I was very hesitant to visit a Jim Ellis dealership after what a friend and I experienced at Jim Ellis Volkswagen a few years ago. But I must say, this was the total opposite of that experience. Extremely pleased with the staff, purchase experience and the vehicle itself!
