MOST UNPLEASANT SALON EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! The 'stylist' acted bored when I explained the cut I wanted, took the cut in a completely different direction and when I tried to re-explain what I actually wanted she made rude, condescending comments and changed nothing. It actually reached a point of discomfort where I felt I need to walk out, walk out with a terrible, half-done haircut! The salon must have a poor reputation because at 5pm on a Friday there were enough other stylists standing around to gather at the counter and watch. When I contacted the owner that day to explain the situation, I asked him to fix it or refund the cost of the appointment. He did nothing. This is absolutely not a salon I would waste my time on, unless you have the time and funds to get it repaired the next day. I have no understanding what the situation was with the 'stylist' to justify her behavior, but a business that puts NO value in customer satisfaction is pathetic.
