They charged us $150 for a half-sheet cake for my sister-in-law's baby shower. I was expecting a beautiful red-velvet cake, with a decoration of ""baby feet"" on it. The cake is pictured and called ""baby feet"" in their catalog. Instead, I got GIANT GALUMPING UGLY YELLOW FEET on an ugly, plain white cake, and the worst part is that the ""red velvet"" was actually CHEAP WHITE CAKE WITH TONS OF RED FOOD COLORING! We were so shocked when we cut the cake open and tasted it, I ended up bringing 3/4 of the cake back to the store, where I was basically told, ""too bad, we can't do anything for you if you're unhappy - otherwise we'd have to refund everyone who doesn't like our cakes."" REALLY? If you have SO MANY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS that you can't possibly accommodate them, then maybe your business is doing something wrong. They sent me away dissatisfied, and I am now kicking myself for not ordering a better-tasting cake from Ralph's or Costco for less than half the price. What a shame that this particular Hansen's fell so far in quality and doesn't even seem to care. If you remember Hansen's cakes from your childhood, preserve your memory and DON'T GO THERE NOW!
