We have always loved the taste of these cakes. But their reputation for friendliness, customer service, and flexibility is at an all time low. Do they even smile these days?
I spent over an hour trying to explain what we wanted - a cake with a piano motif. Not only did the lady in there interrupt me at every turn, but the phrase ""We cannot do that!"" was all she seemed to know. What about...""We cannot do that!"" I'm just saying that maybe ""We cannot do that!""
It was infuriating! I decorate cakes myself. What i was talking about was very simple. Sheesh.
