NEVER GO TO JILLIANS! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON BAD SERVICE! I work in the healthcare field for a well known non-profit organization. One of my residents who is in a wheelchair wanted to get her hair done. Once we arrived at Jillians, the quickly DISMISSED us as though we never made an appointment even though I called that same day. I also mentioned that the resident was in a wheelchair. They immediately said we called the wrong salon and NONE of the hairstylists wanted to do the haircut. They acted as though the salon was busy but there were barely any customers in the store. The most shocking part is that Jillian, the salon owner, was involved in this appalling situation. I cannot believe the service that we received at this salon. I hope they realize that this act of discrimination is AGAINST THE LAW. I never felt so disrespected in my life especially to have the resident experience this right in front of their eyes.
