This is the second time I have eaten at Chaucer's Sushi & Grill as it is in my building. The first time was a bit disappointing as the service was not good and the sushi was just ok. As I had a client that wanted to eat lunch I decided to give them another try. What a big mistake. My spider roll was not fresh and when I asked for a credit, I was told that since I had eaten one there would not be any refund. The manager told me that he did not care if I was not happy. I would not recommend this place at all.
