varley fixed the wrong thing and refused to believe me when i told them my car had the same problem after they worked on it. they took an extended christmas vacation and after they returned said the problem was something else and wanted to charge more to fix what needed to be fixed in the first place (about 1/2 as much as the erroneous work they had already done). they never apologized or admitted that they made a mistake, just kept saying over and over, ""well, the thing we fixed needed to be fixed and we thought that was what was causing the problem"". offered no resolution to their mistake. i would not recommend varley.
