I recently attended a wedding for my best friend at the Cuvier Club. The Abbey is a preferred caterer at this location. Everything was great and my friend was extremely pleased. I am writing this to tell you about their salmon dish. It's truly out of this world. Everyone was ranting and raving all night about this dish. Everyone who even told me they hate salmon, loved this dish. I went to thank the chef at the end of the evening and he invited me to a private chef demonstration of the preparation. I am so excited!! What a great company and they really know how to take good care of their guests.
