I have called several communities today, and NONE have provided the level of service and professionalism your company has demonstrated today. First, when I called you main number, I did not even hear the phone ring, and a professional, friendly voice greeted me, saying 'Thank You for calling Uptown Locators, how can we help you today'. When I was transferred, again, I did not even hear the phone ring when 'you' answered, and addressed ALL of my leasing concerns. If this is the kind of service one can expect at your community, I look forward to vesting next week (Tuesday). It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with you Ms. Tameka!
