Arrived 45 minutes late for pickup time with a broken limo. Didn?t tell us they were experiencing engine issues until we noticed ourselves. It was completely frightening as the limo could barely run and it jerked along only going 18mph on the highway and cars were rushing up behind us. Also due to the engine issues, fumes were pouring into the vehicle and making us sick. We had to crack a window to avoid the toxins. After the horrible ride, they had the audacity to overbill me $50 than the quoted amount. Not only do they put their customer?s lives in jeopardy by sending out a broken vehicle and traveling on the highway at dangerously low speed (and chemicals in the air) but they are not honest. Have been Unsuccessful in getting reimbursement or return phone calls. Horrible company and service. Reckless and Dishonest. Do not use this company for any reason!
