STAY AWAY!! This company is terrible. It's like no one communicates...the driver on my party bus AND a different driver for my wedding both tried collecting over $100 more then I was quoted. The limo had no air conditioning and the guys were in tuxes and the radio did not even work. They just apologized and did not even offer me any money back. I would not have even paid $50...I would have rathered paid the extra $200 at a different company and actually have what I was told I would. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!! more

May 25 2012 ,,,I used this limo service for the first time last night and i was very pleased.The driver was respectful and did everything she could to make it a great experience.. We had a group of 12 and everyone had a great time ,, I am having another get together sunday night and already have a limo set up for that event ,, I will keep you updated as i use a limo service 3 - 5 times a month... more

Please avoid this company! They are nothing but shady and trouble - do not let them ruin your special event in the future. My wife and I made the mistake of using them for our wedding and the limo was in terrible condition and the customer service has been awful - please rent from a real limo company - don't be fooled by the pictures on their website - those pictures are not even their limo's! more

Crystal's Extreme Limo Service is terrible!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! This limo service is your worst nightmare - I can't even express how terrible the service was. Here are my cliff notes: - Limo was lost multiple times including initial pickup which he was late for - Driver was wearing casual clothing and a leather jacket - Driver brought his 8 year old son with him in the front of the limo - Limo had a broken window - literally shattered and it wasn't really safe to be on the road - Limo all around was outdated and rattled - broken TV - dirty seats, windows that were not broken had lipstick marks on them. - Customer service is terrible - I have been trying to get a refund for weeks and the owner will not call me back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! There are a lot of other nice limo services in the area - this is not one of them. more

Quoted me a price for a limo for my son's 21st birthday. After I told my son and he called all his friends and was extremely excited about it, I never heard back from this company. I called them four times and they would not return my calls and finally the day before his birthday I had to call around and find another limo company that could accomodate us. more

Arrived 45 minutes late for pickup time with a broken limo. Didn?t tell us they were experiencing engine issues until we noticed ourselves. It was completely frightening as the limo could barely run and it jerked along only going 18mph on the highway and cars were rushing up behind us. Also due to the engine issues, fumes were pouring into the vehicle and making us sick. We had to crack a window to avoid the toxins. After the horrible ride, they had the audacity to overbill me $50 than the quoted amount. Not only do they put their customer?s lives in jeopardy by sending out a broken vehicle and traveling on the highway at dangerously low speed (and chemicals in the air) but they are not honest. Have been Unsuccessful in getting reimbursement or return phone calls. Horrible company and service. Reckless and Dishonest. Do not use this company for any reason! more

Phone always goes to voicemail, no return phone calls or emails. Person who handles calls is rude. Spent over a week just trying to book a limo to no avail. Made one call to another limo place and was treated awesome. Also this place is rate ""F"" by the BBBureau. They are NOT in good standing with the State of Michigan. BEWARE!!!!! We had a great experience in the limousine. Our chauffeur was great, the office staff was very efficient and friendly. The vehicle was emaculently clean and arrived promptly on time. The chauffeur knew exactly were we were destined to and got us there quickly and safely. more
