Crystal's Extreme Limo Service is terrible!!!!
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
This limo service is your worst nightmare - I can't even express how terrible the service was. Here are my cliff notes:
- Limo was lost multiple times including initial pickup which he was late for
- Driver was wearing casual clothing and a leather jacket
- Driver brought his 8 year old son with him in the front of the limo
- Limo had a broken window - literally shattered and it wasn't really safe to be on the road
- Limo all around was outdated and rattled - broken TV - dirty seats, windows that were not broken had lipstick marks on them.
- Customer service is terrible - I have been trying to get a refund for weeks and the owner will not call me back.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! There are a lot of other nice limo services in the area - this is not one of them.
