If I could rate it a ZERO I would, from the staff up front to the vet it self were just awful. They dropped the ball in lots of ways when My puppy was sick. When I went in to get meds for my other dog the VET screamed at me and through me out of her office. Never have I been treated so poorly before, personally or professionally.
