Absolutely horrible. Initial service was OK, but they damagers my car on the lift. This happened in August and here it is the middle of December. I have gotten a 31/2 month runaround about getting it repaired and how they would poay for it. As of now, it has been fixed and the body shop won't release it until it's paid for. They are giving me the same lines about "cutting a check" tha i have heard since the summer. Neither the store manager nor the area manager had any real interest in resolving the damage they did to my car, wouldn't return calls etc. even after calls to the customer service center. Avoid them like the plague.
