I've had my garage door worked on a couple times in the past, both times for broken springs. Well, it happened again this past Thursday. I searched the internet for garage door repairmen in the Denton area where I live and found a listing for "AGS" (A Garage Door Service) and gave them a call. Here's where it gets good......the guy asked me if I wanted him to come by that evening to look at it. Since it was already late and it wasn't a real emergency, I told him the next day would be okay......but I was very impressed that he offered to come by that evening. Next day he shows up promptly when he said he would and gave me a thorough and very good cost estimate on replacing both springs and new rollers on my door. He was very honest and very thorough in doing the job right and not cutting corners just to get the job done. I would very highly recommend this customer to anyone and everyone looking for the right company to repair (or even to replace) a broken garage door. I would rate them 6 stars or higher if I could.
