I really think some of these ""reviews"" are written by the same disgruntled cat person. I have taken all of my animals to Hermitage Animal Clinic for a number of years, and have had no complaints. The entire staff is wonderful and I encourage anyone in the Hermitage/Mt. Juliet area to go here. It is not a fancy office, but you get top notch service.
