Bob Smith Toyota is a wonderful place and everyone in the dealership is very nice and they took wonderful care of me. Jesse is more matchmaker than car salesperson and he made sure I was getting the car I was hoping to get.He also was patient through some of my I forget how to buy a car moments and he took care of the work wonderfully. Jesse also showed me how to drive the car, which was trickier than I thought. It was a fun afternoon with the bucket and I'm very happy with my new car. I also look forward to the thorough servicing and it was helpful that I was shown the waiting areas and it will help me to manage time by using the wireless and work areas during servicing!
