Bob Smith Toyota is a wonderful place and everyone in the dealership is very nice and they took wonderful care of me. Jesse is more matchmaker than car salesperson and he made sure I was getting the car I was hoping to get.He also was patient through some of my I forget how to buy a car moments and he took care of the work wonderfully. Jesse also showed me how to drive the car, which was trickier than I thought. It was a fun afternoon with the bucket and I'm very happy with my new car. I also look forward to the thorough servicing and it was helpful that I was shown the waiting areas and it will help me to manage time by using the wireless and work areas during servicing! Thank you Jesse and the entire wonderful group at Bob Smith Toyota for making the purchase go so well!
