We went to RA at City Centre for lunch today, what a big mistake that was! \r

We should have known what to expect when we arrived right at noon and the place was mostly empty. There was nobody at the hostess stand to greet us and we had to enter the restaurant and seek out someone to seat us. \r

After we ordered, the waitress disappeared and it took over 30 minutes before she brought the SOUP (Miso soup was ordered as an appetizer). \r

The fish was fresh enough and some of the offerings were pretty tasty, but overall the sushi was ""less than excellent"", the portions were small, and the service was unbelievably slow considering that it was at lunchtime during weekday business hours. \r

When I commented to the waitress about running out of time, she acted like she didn't understand what I was talking about. These folks need a serious reality check if they want to be successful at lunch! \r

RA is a great evening and happy hour spot. \r
