We went to RA at City Centre for lunch today, what a big mistake that was! \r \r We should have known what to expect when we arrived right at noon and the place was mostly empty. There was nobody at the hostess stand to greet us and we had to enter the restaurant and seek out someone to seat us. \r \r After we ordered, the waitress disappeared and it took over 30 minutes before she brought the SOUP (Miso soup was ordered as an appetizer). \r \r The fish was fresh enough and some of the offerings were pretty tasty, but overall the sushi was ""less than excellent"", the portions were small, and the service was unbelievably slow considering that it was at lunchtime during weekday business hours. \r \r When I commented to the waitress about running out of time, she acted like she didn't understand what I was talking about. These folks need a serious reality check if they want to be successful at lunch! \r \r RA is a great evening and happy hour spot. \r Leave it at that. more

Fun place, if you are looking for a fun night out with some friends or significant other, this is a must try. If your boring dont bother coming here, sushi is really good. This place has it's service down compaired to most asian places, rolls are moderate priced.. get the scallop dynamite roll there if you go.. yumm. I went in last night to place a to-go order, it took them 45 minutes to get my to go order together (miso soup, salad, and one sushi roll), I placed the order at the hostess stand, then when I got up to ask what was taking so long, there was no one to be found, I went to the bar to ask someone for help, she had to go to the back twice to get my order. when it was given to me, the apology was they had to wrap the soup- it took 35 minutes to wrap the soup? Then when i called the manager, he was super rude, so i told him i was going to tell my friends and he kind of laughed. I love the new CityCentre, but RA is terrible to their customers. The sushi is very good and even better at their happy hour prices. The problem is that even during ""Happy Hour"" they charge $12 for a call drink. Next time I'll be having iced tea. Pros: Good Food Cons: $12 DRINKS!!! more
