A one star rating is actually too high for the carpet cleaning I received today. The only request I made was that I didn't want the carpet too wet and now more than 6 hours later I'm walking on soaked carpet. The price did escalate after pretreating but I would have gladly paid the price for good work. I didn't get good work and wish I had checked the reviews here before I had them in my home. I don't even think the carpet is clean and there's a terrible wet odor. Never again!
