I am so happy I moved here! The management and staff are great, very friendly and always are there to help you out. The staff is the reason why I give this property 5 stars. the maintenance guys are awesome, they show up quickly and know how to fix the problem every time.
My car did get broken into parked in my assigned spot, but it was my fault to leave items in view. Weekends like most apt complexes can be a little noisy. But all my neighbors are very respectful, and know when to turn music down, ect.
Easy walk to MAX, new seasons, banks, food, powells books and all types of entertainment. A cute courtyard, playground and an indoor pool for the many rainy days.
