I recently moved back to Michigan from Florida and about a month after I had moved back I was on my way to lunch and was in an accident in with my Impala. What a horrible day, luckily I was able to get my car towed to Crippen which was very close to my retirement home. I thought my new Impala was done for. Matt and the guys in the body shop did an excellent job of calming me down, not only did they help me with the insurance call they assisted me in getting my rental car, called me regularly with updates and got my car back to me in less time than promised looking brand new! I will now be taking all my business to Crippen. Thank you again for all your help!
