I would give them no stars, but there is no option for that. This place charged close to a grand for a cake and basically did not deliver. Our guests were practically out the door when the damn cake showed up.
The people who wrote good reviews are totally planted,the only review they give are Cindrella cakes. You guys are rude and on living on your name only.
The managers and owner will not take calls or return any of mine to explain their gigantic mistake. Obviously they are not concerned with one unhappy customer, but frim reading the reviews, I am not the only one.
Basically the you guys ruined probably one of the most important day of life. A wedding with no cake???? Hmmm thanks alot Cinderella for what was suppose to be a fairytale day your guys turned into a friggin nightmare!!!!! And I will be posting this all over the internet.
