Main sewer maintenance. Bill called before his scheduled appointment to let me know he'd be about 15 minutes late. I really appreciated that! No business has ever done that before! Bill explained that our line had a bad spot around 60' out and what we should do about it. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. He also explaned how to use Rotor Rooter Pipe Shield to keep our drains in good working order. 'We'd definitely use Rotor Rooter again and plan to call for yearly maintenance.
