Juan #3782 came in to repair our sewage overflow promptly. He was so efficient. He saw to it that there was a long cloth runner to wheel the machine on so he won't soil the carpet . My bathroom is in the basement and the machine was so heavy. He cleaned up all his spills on the walls and the floor after. He is hard working and courteous. I will surely ask for him again next year if ever we have this problem again. He is a keeper! Thank you so much.
