I am discourage anybody to going to this office. They are fully into selling unnecessary services. My kids who have baby teeth were recommended filling. My 6yr old got filling in 3 teeth. She never had any issue with any teeth. After the filling she had pain for more than 1 month. \r
\r
For this filling process, they made me wait for more than 30min to verify with my insurance about my copay. They told me my copay is $68 after checking with insurance. I recently got a bill from them for $335.00. They say Insurance rejected the claim. \r
\r
I called my insurance they said they paied them and my copay is $154.00. Insurance called the dental office twice and left message. They never called the insurance back. When I call them the billing manager says talk to your insurance.\r
\r
This looks like billing fraud. This has been going on for more than 2 weeks now. It is really frustrating.
