In late July 2010, my wife and I received a quote for laminate wood flooring and we put a $700 deposit on the contract. The next day I found that the company had an F- rating from the BBB and hundreds of complaints about their quality of work and business practices. I performed the procedures to formally cancel the contract within the prescribed three business days but have had nothing but excuses ever since. It is now October and each time we call we get a different excuse from it is waiting for approval to approved but waiting on processing to the refund department is not available and so on. There is never a straight answer and the employee who answers the phone refuses to escallate the call since he supposedly is the ""manager"" but he has no other name than ""Eric"".\r

So far I have talked at least four families out of doing business with Express Flooring, including one my wife did this week, so I am doing my part to try to get the word out. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EXPRESS HOME FLOORING!!!!
