When you book an appointment they give you a 2 or 4 hour window. My appointment was for 8:00-12:00. I called at 8:00 to find out what number appointment I was. They said they could not help me. At 12:15 I called to ask about the service and the woman said the service man is right around the corner. He arrived 20 minutes later. He left my house at 1:00 in the Newport RI area and told me he was already 1 hour late for his 10:00-12:00 appointment in Connecticut.
We all know that service people run late and that they are overbooked. It would help the consumers if the business would inform the customer whether the appointment is # 1 or # 5 if the customer calls the day of the appointment.
Their service work is good, but their customer service needs much improvement.
