Sure the prices are great but we never experienced such bad customer service in our lives! They sold our ""reserved"" washer & dryer set then tried to sell us a completely different make & model. Numerous phone calls made with little results. Said they'd call or deliver by such & such date/time on several occasions (we bought several items) but wouldn't hear back from them. Had to personally drop in several times to get any action. Got the run around constantly. Finally got all items purchased but now 3 of the 4 items already have something wrong with them. I would NEVER purchase from this place or recommend them to anyone!
