These apartments are relatively inexpensive and roomy, but have been poorly-maintained for a long time. The recent work is mostly cosmetic. Requests for maintenance take a long time to get answered, and are not carried out very well. Neighbors are a mixed bag. Mostly very nice hispanic families, but also some noisy people and/or apartments crammed full of off-lease folks. There is not much management going on here.
