I had the misfortune to have our family pet get sick and we took our pet to see Dr. Petcu. At first Dr. Petcu was nice, however to our shock, Dr. Petcu became rude after we questioned him about our bill. He had given our pet 1 shot as we were in the room the entire time and we held our pet when the shot was given. However when we looked over the bill, we saw that the invoice had several shots listed as well as our pet was given additional pill medication (which also never occurred). Dr. Petcu (if you can call him that), raised his voice and started to yell and insult us, which made our child cry. It was a nightmare for our family and something that I hope nobody will ever have to go through.
