Spam attacks over West Plaza Animal Hospital 10/22/2010

over the last days we at West Plaza Animal Hospital were spammed with negative fake reviews written by people that have nothing to do with our bussines. Our loyal 4000 + customers know us for over 8 years since we are in business and they probably do not need input from out-of-state persons that did not even see West Plaza Animal Hospital from close range.This fake negative reviews we have strong reasons to believe that have been written by sales persons from Montreal Canada and Bowie Maryland . They are users JenJen31 and Ryanfamily - sales persons that we at West Plaza Animal Hospital refused to purchase their products . More, this users are asking for a payment in order to remove their reviews !!!! more

the best vet we meet ! 10/19/2010

we are bringing our pets to Dr Petcu for 8 years. He was always helpful, many times we did not have the funds to treat our pets but he was fine with us paying when we had the money. He saved our cats in many instances and all I have to say is that I greatly reccomend West Plaza Animal Hospital for any responsable pet owner . more

Dr. PETCU NIGHTMARE STAY AWAY 10/14/2010

I had the misfortune to have our family pet get sick and we took our pet to see Dr. Petcu. At first Dr. Petcu was nice, however to our shock, Dr. Petcu became rude after we questioned him about our bill. He had given our pet 1 shot as we were in the room the entire time and we held our pet when the shot was given. However when we looked over the bill, we saw that the invoice had several shots listed as well as our pet was given additional pill medication (which also never occurred). Dr. Petcu (if you can call him that), raised his voice and started to yell and insult us, which made our child cry. It was a nightmare for our family and something that I hope nobody will ever have to go through. more
