My wife and I have been bringing our cars to the Springfield location of Sun Automotive for about 3 years now. I will admit that I have had trust issues with mechanics in the past, but since we have been coming here, we have never been steered wrong or felt taken advantage of.
We actually live closer to the Eugene locations of S.A. but we drive to Springfield for our service because of Brian, who has taken great care of our cars every time, and Tanner, who explains the work that needs to be done, does the scheduling, and makes us laugh.
