I was paying my bill online with auto payments, i switched bank accounts so I canceled the auto payments an wrote a check, they took the payment any way and overdrew my account, so i called them and they told me to cancel my check( that would cost more money). and the overdraw is my problem! that means that they dont give a &*^% about their customers, at my job we do everything possible to make our customers happy, (thats called customer service folks) and companies who dont care dont get any customers. and they charge an extra bag if the lid is cracked! huh, what a joke!
