As soon as I called to schedule my appointment, I was incredibly impressed with their flexibility and ability to confirm a time on such short notice. When the technician, Dirk, arrived at my house, he was on time, professional and explained his entire process to me. When he was finished, my car looked brand new. He made some recommendations for my car's upkeep for the future and even mentioned that if I noticed anything that I wanted re-cleaned or if it rained the following day, they would be back out to clean the car again at no additional charge. I am thrilled that I stumbled upon this detailing service and I will for sure use them again in the future as well as recommend them to my friends. I also should mention that the person that I contacted to schedule my appointment offered to donate some of their services to the charity that my company represents.
